Universal Farm (“we”, “us”, “the Farm”) is a global, member-supported ecosystem of regenerative natural farming, conscious commerce and a community-issued unit of exchange called Kindness Credits (∞KC). The platform is operated in stewardship with Universal Law Community Trust (ULCT).

By browsing, registering an account, placing an order, contributing content or exchanging value on this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy practices, and any product-specific policies referenced here.

Universal Farm operates internationally. We serve members across all seven continents — Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Oceania and Antarctica (research stations, by arrangement). Pricing is displayed in your selected currency for convenience; settlement occurs in the currency shown at checkout.

Members are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, importing and using our products is lawful within the framework they choose to operate under. Some items (raw dairy, herbal preparations, hemp derivatives, seeds, biofuel research kits) are regulated differently across statutory jurisdictions.

Universal Farm recognises two standings of members. This distinction rests on a well-established legal maxim:

“Statutes and acts are legislative rules that gain the force of law only by the consent of the governed.”

In other words, statutory restrictions bind a person only to the extent that person has, expressly or tacitly, consented to be governed by them. Withdrawing that consent — lawfully, peacefully and in writing through a recognised trust such as ULCT — places a living being back under Universal Law, the superior source from which every statutory code derives its limited authority.

• Statutory / legal-fiction members — anyone transacting in the capacity of a citizen, consumer or registered legal person of a State. For these members, where the local statutory regime restricts or prohibits a product, we will not ship that product. This protects you from customs seizure, fines and other state-level consequences.
• Inter-ULCT consented living members — living men and women who have lawfully consented to the jurisdiction of Universal Law Community Trust and stand under Universal Law / Natural Law, which is the superior law from which all statutory codes derive their limited authority. Exchange between consented members occurs member-to-member under private trust and is not bound by statutory commercial restrictions, provided it causes no harm, loss or injury to another living being. Each such member accepts full self-responsibility for receiving and using what they request.

Standing is verified through your ULCT membership record. If you are unsure which standing applies to you, default to the statutory route and reach out via Contact for guidance on consenting into the trust.

Disputes shall first be attempted in good faith through the contact channels below, then through the stewardship process of ULCT. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

1 ∞KC = £8.00 GBP equivalent (the reference rate). ∞KC is a non-fiat, member-only unit of exchange. It is not a security, not a regulated e-money instrument and not a speculative crypto-asset. It exists so that members can transact at the cost of kindness rather than at the cost of debt-bearing fiat currency.

• ∞KC can be earned by contributing knowledge, produce, training, volunteering or referrals.
• ∞KC can be purchased by converting fiat into store credit or an ∞KC Gift Card.
• ∞KC is non-transferable to non-members, has no cash redemption value outside the Farm, and does not accrue interest.
• Balances and gift cards are tracked in the ∞KC Holding Account ledger. Each transaction is recorded and you can request an invoice in either currency.

Prices throughout the marketplace are shown in both fiat (e.g. £ GBP, $ USD, € EUR, ₹ INR, د.إ AED) and ∞KC. All costs are rounded for clean conversion — whole units only, no fractional pence or sub-units.

Important: the currency selector is a visual conversion. To actually pay in ∞KC, you must first convert fiat into ∞KC store credit or purchase an ∞KC Gift Card via the ∞KC Currency Converter and then redeem it at checkout. If you check out without converting first, you will pay in fiat at the displayed fiat price, which may be up to ~10% higher than the equivalent ∞KC price (reflecting the administrative and tax overhead attached to fiat settlement).

Example: A yoga strap listed at £8.00 is 1 ∞KC. Two straps at 2 ∞KC settle for ~£14.40 when paid in ∞KC, vs £16.00 if paid in fiat.

To pay in ∞KC Kindness Credits you have three options:

1. Deposit fiat into our ∞KC Holding Account; once received it is credited as ∞KC store credit and your order is confirmed.
2. Convert fiat via the on-site ∞KC Converter and redeem the resulting Gift Card / Store Credit at checkout.
3. Transfer ∞KC from your own ∞KC account to ours (a kindness-to-kindness exchange).

To pay in fiat currency you have three options:

1. Bank transfer (SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT, UPI, ACH, Wise — region dependent).
2. Card payment via our regulated payment provider.
3. PayPal — available as a last resort. Note that additional processing fees apply and may be reflected in the final price.

Orders are confirmed once payment (fiat or ∞KC) clears. Lead times are listed on each product. Shipping is calculated by destination at checkout. International buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST or customs charges levied by their country.

Perishable items (fresh mushrooms, raw dairy, certain herbs) ship only to regions where cold-chain logistics and local law permit. If an order cannot be fulfilled safely or legally, we will refund in the original currency.

• Damaged or wrongly-shipped items: full refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery.
• Change of mind on non-perishable goods: return within 14 days, unused, at your cost.
• Perishable goods, custom-made items, digital products, ∞KC gift cards and training enrolments are non-refundable once delivered or attended, except where required by law.
• Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment. ∞KC paid is refunded as ∞KC; fiat paid is refunded to the original method.

The marketplace and peer-to-peer exchange allow members to list goods and services. Sellers warrant that their listings are accurate, lawful in the buyer's jurisdiction, and that they hold the rights to sell. Universal Farm acts as the facilitating platform and is not a party to member-to-member contracts, though we may mediate in good faith.

Listings that promote fraud, animal cruelty, chemically-grown produce sold as natural, weaponry, regulated medical claims, or anything that violates ULCT principles will be removed and may result in account suspension.

By posting in the Community Feed, comments, reviews, or any contribution channel you grant Universal Farm a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute and translate your contribution within the platform and for promoting the ecosystem. You retain ownership of your work.

We expect respectful conduct. Hate speech, harassment, spam, and manipulative behaviour will be moderated. See the Community guidelines for details.

Universal Farm branding (the emblem, name, written guides, methods, photography, course material) is the property of Universal Farm and its contributors, stewarded under ULCT. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Commercial reuse, republishing entire articles, or training AI models on our content requires written consent.

We collect only what we need to operate the Farm: account details, order history, ∞KC balance, anonymised visit analytics (country, city, page, referrer), and any content you choose to publish. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies are used for session, language/currency preference, cart state, and aggregated analytics. You can control cookies in your browser. For any data request — export, correction, deletion — write to Admin@universalfarm.online.

Content on Universal Farm — including pages on Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Electroculture, Hemp, Mushrooms, Biofuels and Tesla-inspired energy — is shared for educational and traditional-knowledge purposes. It is not a substitute for qualified medical, agricultural, engineering or legal advice. Always consult an appropriate professional and your local regulations before acting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Universal Farm's liability for any claim arising out of use of the site or its products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific item or service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms as the ecosystem grows. Material changes will be announced on the home page and to registered members. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
